Form 1 (Shii-Cho) Training Information

Form I, also known as Shii-Cho, Way of the Sarlacc, and The Determination Form, is the cornerstone of lightsaber combat and the first form of lightsaber combat developed in Star Wares Lore. It serves as the perfect starting point for practitioners of Flowbat. Rooted in broad, sweeping strikes and practical defensive maneuvers, Shii-Cho's techniques are ideal for mastering the foundational movements of the blade.
